Stay informed about cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and desired effects.
Handle cash transactions, operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, and maintain accurate cash registers.
Maintain inventory levels and participate in inventory management, including restocking and labeling products.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling returns or exchanges.
Continuously improve knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends, and customer preferences through training and professional development.
Qualifications:
