IT Manufacturing Plant Shift Lead

The IT Plant Shift Lead will deliver seamless continuity during shift transition; Coordinate all plant related IT activities, including facilitation of on roll and contract workers; Act as the local single IT point of focus for manufacturing and; Interface with plant management, IT support team, and corporate IT senior leadership for assigned crew/shift. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide line of business technical support, interfacing with ICT team: Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, and the local Union Provide day to day production support for ICT systems, manufacturing and upgrades while executing the ICT strategic direction Perform implementation and support of mission critical plant applications; includes a functional knowledge of all plant applications used by local plants, ability to troubleshoot system issues, manage and/or configure application and application access, including (but is not limited) to: Broadcast, FIS, AVI, PFS, PFCS, Mainframe Systems, Andon, SGPP, Mercury, Factory Asset Center, and QAS Provide launch support related to planning, engineering, design, testing, approvals, funding and integration of ICT systems while working with Manufacturing Engineering and ICT launch teams Assist ICT hardware and software, including: Inventory, asset management, repair, disposal, warranty and replacement Assist in planning and execution of WCM Data Center audit, compliance, and remediation Analyze business processes and make recommendations for improvements Interface with plant and ICT management to obtain requirements, resolve related issues and escalate as appropriate Adhere to governance by maintaining ICT standards and guidelines within the local ICT infrastructure Ensure all technologies that are incorporated into the physical environment are approved for use by following change control processes Fulfill WCM goals and requirements as defined by local plant management and the ICT organization as required (Kaizens, suggestions, etc.) Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) related field Minimum 5 years previous Information Technology experience Minimum 1 year of experience managing large complex projects and/or assigning tasks to team members Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Must be self-directed Ensure freedom of information with all levels of employees and management Balance multiple demands from business partners and IT senior management Exhibit strong business discipline and acumen Build effective relationships across all levels of employees and management Knowledge of IT manufacturing system applications and plant support Knowledge of machine monitoring, performance and quality systems, component tracking, common plant and office network environments, engineering systems and identification systems Experience working with Manufacturing Engineering to launch and integrate IT systems from concept to the production environment while following appropriate change management procedures Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in related field Knowledge of FCA infrastructure and IT Systems Project Management experience leading diverse teams preferred PLC experience Job ID: 1034469

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
